The Executive Board announce the following changes to Boards and Committees.

David Morley
At a recent emergency meeting of the Executive Board, the Deputy Chairman, David Morley, tendered his resignation citing, among other things, difficulties in working with some of his colleagues on the Executive Board. It is with much regret that his resignation both from the Board and from the Building Committee has been accepted. The Board wish to thank David for his huge contribution to the Club over many years, and in particular his dedicated work on the new clubhouse, and hope that he continues to enjoy his time as a member of the Club in the future.

David Proctor
The Executive Board is delighted to announce that it has co-opted David Proctor as a Director onto the Board to serve until the AGM in March 2011, at which stage the position will be filled by election. In order to take up this position David has resigned his position as Chairman of the Fiscal Board.

Legal & Contractual / Buildings Committee
Given the detailed compliance work necessary to oversee the completion of the current clubhouse project the Executive Board has deemed it prudent to re-instate the Legal and Contractual Committee and to give it charge over the prior remit of the Building Committee. This committee will be chaired by Eric Grayson, and will include two members of the Executive Board. Julio Mendes and Ole Jespersen have also been invited to participate on this committee.
